And this year, that meant making some changes like launching our new website!<\/p>\n<p>This project meant much more to us than changing the colors and updating the layout. We needed a way to share our story \u2014 and the story of our customers \u2014\u00a0with the world. Some of the ways we accomplished this include:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Improved navigation and global translation<\/strong><br \/>\nNow our customers can quickly and easily find the products they need, no matter where they are in the world.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A direct link to FAQs<\/strong><br \/>\nEverything needed to get started is now on one single page.<\/p>\n<p><strong>High-quality photography<\/strong><br \/>\nWith more than 600 SKUs of products, we wanted to show our customers the quality and quantity of clothing and other products we offer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Frequently updated social media accounts<\/strong><br \/>\nWe\u2019re proud of our employees and all their hard work, so we\u2019re sharing it with fun posts on Facebook and Instagram.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Heartfelt testimonials from our buyers<\/strong><br \/>\nWe strive to build our partnerships on trust and are honored that so many of our customers wanted to share their gratitude and experiences with us.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014<\/p>\n<p><strong>More Changes We\u2019ve Made this Year<\/strong><br \/>\nNot only did we expand our facilities to process more clothing and create more jobs, we also invested in two state-of-the-art pit balers that have empowered our employees to package nearly twice the amount of product in half the time. This innovative machinery also takes on a large portion of the heavy lifting, helping us protect our workers and prevent potential injury. We\u2019ve also ramped up our on-the-job training to ensure workers can easily and efficiently meet their goals worry-free.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for supporting GCI and our mission to create opportunities for economic improvement for our customers and employees!
